In tamil nadu , doctors appointed under NRHM scheme are doing their duties 3 days a week more than 2 yrs and they are continuing the same. When they regularize the doctors to provide a good service to the people with full heartedly. Bcaz with the current salary it s not possible for the doctors to work. i Saw the doctors under NRHM scheme doing very well. For example Yoga doctor in vellore conducting many camps to create the awareness among the people with his own cost, Being a young Naturopathy doctor ( under NRHM scheme he was appointed 2 yrs back), he s doing a lot to promote his system and also to create the health awareness among the people. He said that if the govt gives good infra structure and regular duty hours for 6 days a week ( Instead of 3 days a week) it will be useful for him ( To run his family well) and also will be useful for the public to provide continuous treatment.
If convey this message to concerned dept it will be helpful for them and also for the public.
